Professional Coaching & Leadership Program (ICF-ACC) will be led by Karen Borain. Her extensive training will help you add coaching to your leadership skills. The sessions will be delivered via a webinar platform (Zoom).

Get 60 hours of coach-specific training through an (ICF-ACC) program.
Finish 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over a minimum of three months.
A minimum of 100 hours (70 paid*) of coaching experience with at least eight clients.
At least 25 of these hours must occur within the 24 months** before applying for the credential.
Performance evaluation (audio recording and written transcript of a coach session to be uploaded).
Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA), an examination fee & get a certification.

The ICF exam cost will be $175 USD – ICF Member | $325 USD – Non Member.
The ICF course will be of 3 hours with 155 Multiple Choices Questions, where the passing percentage will be 70% which you need to clear in 1 attempt.
The ICF exam retake fee will be 75 USD.
