Karen Borain is an ICF-ACC Instructor with over 33 years of leadership experience in Learning and Development, working with both corporates and business owners. In addition, she has over 18 years of experience as an Executive and Team Coach, coaching and training senior executives internationally.
Karen is a Professional Certified Coach with over 1500 hours of coaching experience, coaching executives, directors, senior and middle managers, and business owners in various industries. She also trains leaders to use coaching and mentor skills for their certification journey. Karen’s strengths as a coach include connecting thoughts and ideas, questioning to encourage new thinking, coaching into action to achieve results, creating accountability, and building positive habits. Karen’s broader experience includes developing and facilitating talent development, leadership, management, and soft skills programs, such as mentoring and service. She is also licensed as a Coach Trainer and developed and facilitated the ICF-accredited Professional Coaching and Leadership Program.
